Complimentary Pre-Natal Meet and Greet
This introductory meeting is designed to help us get to know each other, discuss your expectations for birth, and answer any questions you might have. We will explore your hopes for labor, address any concerns, and ensure we align with your vision for your birth experience
Doula package $1800
Birth Coaching & Support: Our birth doulas partner with you to build essential knowledge and confidence, empowering you every step of the way on this amazing journey
What’s included:
Pre-natal visit to create a birth plan and answer questions
Pregnancy essentials crash course to help navigate pregnancy, labor, birth, and post-partum recover and newborn care
Support via Phone/Text for any questions along the way with 24/7 On-Call support starting at 38 Weeks
Post-partum support to guide bonding and newborn care
Labor and delivery coaching complete with breath support, exercise and positioning suggestions for effective labor progression, natural techniques to relieve pain, suggestions to guide involvement of birth partners, as well as photo and written log documentation of milestones along the way
Overnight Newborn Care
Rest easy knowing your baby is receiving gentle, nurturing care from our dedicated newborn care specialists. We're also an invaluable resource for all your baby-related questions, helping you effectively navigate sleeping and feeding schedules
Overnight newborn care $35-$50 per hour
24 hour newborn care live-in and live-out $250- $450/day
